An article was just published (1/13/95) by the Associated Press about a Mount Clemens, Mich. man, Adrian Denava, was sentenced Friday for posing nude with is daughter (also nude). The photo was taken by his wife. His wife, Jeanette, was acquitted.
Before sentencing, Denava told the judge he loved his daughter and never would hurt her. "I didn't break the law," he said. "I didn't do nothing wrong." Judge Lido Bucci sentenced Denava to a year in jail, six months home confinement and five years' probation. "Regardless of what you intended, you exposed a 5-year-old girl to an adult male's naked body," Bucci said. [...]
The article also stated that the daughter was put in foster care and she and her mother have to go to counseling. The mother did petition the court to get custody of her daughter back but was refused.
