In some cases, users can show or share data (video, audio, text, and other files) publicly or to a selected group of identities, and allow other identities to edit other users' data (such as a calendar or an address book). The Pediverse is distinct from other social platforms in the clear-web MAP Community (e.g. Virtuous Pedophiles, Mu, B4U-ACT) and shows a degree of cultural and generational ghettoization.

::Newgon-funded instance. Designed to have high levels of tolerance for freedom of speech, while completely excluding erotica, eye-candy/gooning, malicious sharing of personal information, illegal conduct and anti-MAP propaganda/disruption. It is thus intended to act as an "instance of last resort", providing sanctuary for those who have reservations about administrators on other instances, or who were not invited. Generally now used for main accounts of individuals with little interest in erotica looking for a sustainable instance. ::Newgon-funded instance.
