			Taking the word apart, "ephebos" is an ancient Greek term for a '''male''' adolescent. ([https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ephebos Wikipedia], [https://www.britannica.com/topic/ephebus Britannica]). The "-philia" suffix, meaning love, is usually used in the mainstream to denote various paraphilic disorders.

			The German-language Wikipedia actually states that "ephebeophilia" only refers to adults being attracted to pubescent teenage males, with the female counterpart being "partenophilia".

			This isn't the only time two language editions of Wikipedia contradicted each other. Clearly not unbiased.
