Daniel C. Tsang is the social-sciences data librarian and bibliographer for political science, economics, and Asian-American studies at the University of California, Irvine. He has written widely on gay, Asian and geopolitical issues in both academic and mainstream publications, including the Los Angeles Times. He is the host of ‘‘Subversity,’’ a weekly radio show on KUCI. Tsang’s papers are available at the Bentley Historical Library at the University of Michigan.[1]

In 1978 Tsang attended what he described as the founding meeting of the North American Man/Boy Love Association (NAMBLA).[2] He edited the 1981 volume The Age Taboo: Gay Male Sexuality, Power, and Consent, a publication that argued in favor of the legalization of sex between adults and children.[3][4] As of 1989 he was a member of the Southern California chapter of NAMBLA.[5] He also was on editorial board of Paidika.
