Unintended Consequences
Using accelerationism as a tool for MAP advancement has multiple drawbacks and can backfire if not coordinated correctly, galvanizing public outrage, unifying opposition, and inviting severe legal and social consequences as a result. It would alienate MAP allies, destroy the credibility of the broader MAP community, fuel the already existing anti-MAP sentiments, and may turn people to believe that MAP activism is an act of extremism and violence meant to be suppressed. Less demanding MAP activism is generally accepted as the driving method towards MAP liberation.
