Ipce
Ipce is an international, non-campaigning group that publishes suppressed scholarly literature on sexual relationships between adults and minors and related topics on its website. The group also maintains a private forum for the discussion of this literature and ways forward for those advancing it.
The organization was created as a preparation by the adult-minor groups to the international gay and lesbian organization ILGA, but after they were thrown out of this organization, IPCE kept on, first as an organization for international pro-pedophile groups, but nowadays as an organization of private persons (although of course many of those are also active in organizations like NAMBLA and Martijn).
Meeting
The group meets once a year to discuss internal and wider issues. Ipce meetings are a good opportunity for interested persons to acquaint themselves with one another.

Ipce currently publishes a newsletter and a magazine, both edited by Gieles.
Controversy
Whilst a former member (Tom O'Carroll) has faced some legal troubles (unrelated to Ipce per se), the former Glasgow University academic, Dr Ricard Yuill was attacked by right-wing journalists for attending a meeting as part of his research. Investigations were carried out by Ireen van Engelen and the journalist Marcello Mega, who were in contact with a police officer who infiltrated:
- "This is born out of our experience in Hamburg in 2004, where we had a UK police officer as an infiltrator - who, incidentally, did not find any illegality."[1]
