[Dyan was placed] on the ten most wanted list after his nick was connected to his real name by LEO. They weren't after him, they were after BC. If you had bothered to actually read the charges, you would have noticed that they are at the lowest end of the scale, usually referring to "sexual touching". The only charge the Feds had against him was "fleeing prosecution" and those charges were dropped as soon as he was in custody because he left the US before any charges were laid. The only legal action that had been taken against him when he left the US was a restraining order preventing him contacting the family he had been living with.

He had been living in Mexico, under his real name, and held a well paying job using the qualification he obtained while in prison, for the first 7 years. The charges he is now facing were not brought until 6 months after he left the US. The FBI had no interest in him and laid no charges until his Dylan Thomas nick was connected to his real name. The FBI's pursuit of him was a political ploy to bring down this board, but it failed because all those who needed to know were told and appropriate measures were taken to ensure it couldn't happen.
