Degeneracy
Degeneracy is a term often used within an American religious, right-wing/conservative context, in reference to the promotion of acts deemed to be dirty, impure, and evidence of civilizational failure. To this end, it is often used against Trans people, MAPs, other sexual minorities, and their allies.
While degeneracy has no set meaning within western laws, those whose identities may be non-normative and/or conflict with "sex" laws are often described as degenerates.
