Zoophilia

Zoophiles are persons sexually attracted to non-human animals, or expressing that preference. Zoophilia is one of the supposed Big 3 paraphilias - atypical sexual interests such as pedophilia and necrophilia.
Since the late-10s, there has been an increasing volume and velocity of information and discourse development around Zoophilia in online communities such as X, Bluesky and Tumblr. There is considerable crossover between Zoo (Zoophile) and MAP communities, although many Zoos attempt to exclude MAPs and vice-versa.
ZETA Principles
Zoophiles have agreed upon shared ethical principles; not all Zoophiles agree with these principles or their use:
The Principles of Z.E.T.A. Zoosexuals for the Ethical Treatment of Animals[1]
- Bestow upon animals the same kindness one would wish bestowed upon oneself.
- Consider the well being of an animal companion as important as ones own.
- Place the animals will and well being ahead of ones desires for sexual gratification.
- Teach those who seek knowledge about bestiality and zoophilia without promoting it.
- Discourage the practice of bestiality in the presence of fetish seekers.
- Censure sexual exploitation of animals for the purpose of financial gain.
- Censure those who practice and promote animal sexual abuse.
