Well, in the case of Dr Leahy, it would be perhaps sufficient to just have an article for “Negotiating stigma,“ as the rest of his relevant work stems from his doctoral research and he later moved on to greener pastures.

I wonder if one could have his thesis made available again? Perhaps one could signal somehow its availability (I have it). A “category:available“? Or a symbol like ⫝ ⏣ ⚐ ⚑ ⚓ ✇ ⌘ ?Ahzee 09:56, 8 July 2009 (UTC)

It's best to have articles for relevant persons and relevant documents. There are two reasons for this: 1. SEO. We can be found in google searches for both terms. 2. Encyclopaedia. Regardless of how a person tries to find the information (through people or documents), they find it.

If you send me a copy (ncat at hushmail dot com), I will see if Ipce want to host the whole thing, or put it on their documentation list. If Ipce have reason not to host it, you could upload it to a sharing site, or even this site if it seems appropriate. The Admins 15:54, 8 July 2009 (UTC)

Page ownership

With that said (on Talk:Negotiating Stigma), NewgonWiki does have space for personal lists that do not conform to project or encyclopaedia praxis. See for example, userspace: User:Jillium/Pubs. Creative writing: [[Category:Essays]]. If you can think of another content type that fits well here, we can also discuss that. These owned pages are personal-public documents, but rarely benefit from promotion or linkage from other parts of the site, as this would destroy continuity. The Admins 03:08, 10 July 2009 (UTC)
