Jimmy Savile (Sir James Wilson Vincent Savile OBE, KCSG, 31 October 1926 – 29 October 2011) was a British DJ and Entertainer from Leeds, who was posthumously scandalized in the 10s for sexual relations with his mainly teenage fans from the 1960s onward. Financially-motivated historical trawling was conducted at the state level, revealing, among other things suggestions of his paraphilic interests, and high-level cover-ups.
