He also edited Dares To Speak: Historical and Contemporary Perspectives on Boy-Love,[1] a book that drew together and extended selected aspects of Paidikas work. He is the author of four novels and, in 1984 after meeting him in San Francisco, he moved to the Netherlands with Donald Mader.

Geraci is a former editor of the Catholic Worker, and is also author of the boy-love fiction novel Loving Sander, published by Gay Men's Press (GMP) in 1997.
