MAP Support Club is an anti-contact rocketchat community for MAPs, originally founded on Discord by Enderphile and OliverViking around 2019, and subsequently banned. They are supported by Prostasia Foundation and have faced public controversy on multiple occasions for their openness towards Minor MAPs.

The chat is known for its strict rules of engagement, with monitoring of private communications and some rooms being visible only to MAPs.

Controversy

MSC has repeatedly faced controversy on X.com, owing to its willingness to accept MAPs as young as 13 for participation. This has been seen as an example of grooming by trans-exclusionary radical feminists and extremists of the "woke right".

Criticism of anti-c principles

One of the main limitations of MSC is that by their own admission (see rule 1. as of e.g. 2025), the chat is not, and never has been a supportive environment for MAPs who are not vociferously anti-contact. Attempts at conversion therapy are banned entirely, yet in order to participate, a large portion of MAPs must undergo conversion or revision of their beliefs.

MSC's anti-c rules were upheld, even strengthened after strongly anti-c personalities within the wider community were implicated in malicious behaviour. This included doxing, targeted harassment against pro-c's, maliciously reporting pro-c websites to tiplines, and even in one instance, physical assault of a young adult by the appointed director of an anti-c organisation.

In light of these shortcomings, the continued insistence on anti-c principles might be seen as self-preservation strategy intended to make the initiative more palatable to antis within wider society, and continue institutional funding.

The Open MAP Community was founded as an alternative to MSC that supports neutral and pro-c MAPs, as was the later, and more private Yesmap Chat.
